Menus designed for the day

Sambar, rasam, kootu, aviyal, parippu, vadai, payasam — the traditional vegetarian sequence, plated or buffet, with mutton biryani, Jaffna chicken curry and kothu roti for the receptions and after-parties.

Chef Saku leads the kitchen brigade. We bring servers, chafing dishes, beverage stations and the equipment for live kothu griddles — you focus on the day, not the logistics.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak season (May–October), 4–6 months out is typical. We also accept shorter-notice bookings — reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Can you handle 300+ guests?

Yes. Chef Saku has run executive kitchens for decades; high-volume service is core to what we do. Larger events get a dedicated kitchen brigade and service team.

Do you accommodate religious and dietary restrictions?

Yes — fully vegetarian sadhya menus, Jain-friendly options, halal-friendly preparations and allergen-aware planning are all available.
