Chef Saku leads the kitchen brigade. We bring servers, chafing dishes, beverage stations and the equipment for live kothu griddles — you focus on the day, not the logistics.
We offer pre-booking tasting sessions so you and your family can refine the menu, adjust spice levels and lock in the dishes that matter most.
For peak season (May–October), 4–6 months out is typical. We also accept shorter-notice bookings — reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
