Chef Saku Velummylum has spent more than 30 years in executive roles across some of the most demanding kitchens in the industry, leading brigades, building menus and training the next generation of cooks.
Saku's Kitchen is the culmination of that career: a return to the food he grew up with. Tamil and Sri Lankan classics, prepared with the discipline of a fine-dining kitchen and the soul of a family table.
