Jaffna chicken curry, mutton kothu roti, devilled prawns, hoppers and string hoppers, parippu, pol sambol, kiribath — built from a Northern Tamil pantry and adjusted to your guest count and dietary mix.
Our signature live kothu griddle is a centrepiece your guests will remember — the rhythmic clang of the cleavers as Chef Saku chops roti to order. We also bring short-eats stations, curry counters and dessert tables.
From Tamil weddings and 200-guest banquets to corporate lunches and intimate home dinners, we scale the menu, staffing and equipment to fit. Every event is led by Chef Saku personally.
